Since the introduction of advanced German technology and technology in 1999, the production of Yuma brand heating radiator has been started by using Panasonic welding machine from Japan. The company has 48 radiator patents and is the main preparation and revision unit of national standards and industrial standards for heating radiators. The company has a high degree of mechanized production of products in the national industry. It has 8 heating radiator production lines, 3 large (Swiss Jinma) electrostatic spraying and automatic drying production lines and automatic packaging production lines of heating radiators. The product R & D capacity ranks high in the industry. Over the past 20 years, it has successively developed and produced 9 series, 85 varieties and more than 680 specifications of steel plate type, steel pipe type, copper aluminum composite, steel column type, steel special type, steel composite pipe, steel aluminum composite, bimetallic die-casting aluminum and electric heater, with an annual output capacity of 6 million pieces. The thermal performance, pressure test, geometric dimension and surface paint film of the product have passed the quality inspection of Tsinghua University or national radiator quality inspection center respectively.
